Who are you?

Hopefully a skilled and results-oriented salesperson who wants to be part of a dynamic and fast-growing company with a flat organizational structure. As sales director, you will be an essential player in the realization of our growth ambitions. It is therefore important that you are a dedicated team player with strong leadership skills and great work capacity.

Additional qualification and experience:

• bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or related field

• 5 years' work experience in sales

• Strong oral and written communication skills, in both English and Norwegian

• Deep understanding of sales CRM systems (Hubspot, e.g.) and best practices

• Proven ability to meet sales quotas

Key accountabilities:

• Recruit, hire and coach sales team

• Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed

• Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them

• Form detailed and accurate sales forecasts

• Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
